Yes, points do expire. If there's no account activity within 90 days of your last transaction, your points may lapse. That said, if you play regularly, this is never something you'll need to worry about.

Do points reset when you level up?

No, your points don't reset when you level up. All accumulated points remain intact and can still be redeemed after a tier change. Only the points needed to reach the next tier start fresh.

Do All Game Types Earn Points?

You earn points on most games. Slots, card games, lottery, and Sports Betting – all categories count. Some special promo games may award points at a different rate. You can check the points rate for each game on the 21 winbd games page.

Who do I contact if I don't receive my reward?

For any issues with rewards or points, reach out to 21 winbd's live chat support. The support team is available 24 hours a day. Sharing screenshots and transaction details helps speed up the resolution.

What makes the 21 Winbd rewards program different?

Many online gaming platforms run rewards programs, but most are so complicated that regular players can't figure out how points are earned or how to redeem them. 21 winbd takes a different approach. The rewards system here is simple, transparent, and built with Bangladeshi players in mind.

Points accumulate automatically with every bet — no activation needed, no codes required. Every ৳10 wagered earns you 1 point, and on weekends that doubles. It's exactly as simple as it sounds.

Your rewards start from day one at 21 winbd. You get 50 points on registration and another 50 points on your first deposit – that's 100 points right from the start.

What benefits are available at each tier?

From Bronze to Diamond, 21 winbd's rewards system has five tiers in total. Each tier brings higher cashback, more free spins, and added perks. Bronze members start at 5% cashback, while Diamond members can earn up to 25%. That's a significant difference.

A personal account manager is available from the Gold tier and above. This is a highly valued perk – especially for high-frequency bettors who need quick resolutions. Withdrawal speeds also increase at the Platinum and Diamond tiers.

What Are the Benefits of Joining a Tournament?

Tournaments offer extra prize opportunities on top of your regular gameplay. 21 winbd runs weekly, monthly, and special-occasion tournaments. Top finishers win big cash prizes – but you don't have to come first. Finishing in the top 50 still gets you a reward.

Joining a tournament may require a minimum number of points or a deposit. Some tournaments are completely free to enter, while others require a premium entry. Special Eid and festival tournaments come with even bigger prize pools.

Lucky Wheel – Try Your Luck

Lucky Wheel is one of the most exciting features on 21 winbd. Spend just 50 points for a spin and you could land ৳100 cash, free spins, bonus points, or even a jackpot. It's completely random, which keeps every spin fresh and thrilling.

Up to 3 wheel spins per day
Cash from spins is credited directly to your account
Free spins can be used instantly
Hit a jackpot and you'll also earn a special badge and bonus points

Daily Login Rewards – Small but Consistent

Simply logging in every day earns you 10 points. Log in all 30 days of the month and that's 300 points – enough for three Free Spin Packs. Many players overlook this, but the numbers add up to something genuinely worthwhile.

Log in for 7 consecutive days and earn bonus streak points. A 7-day streak gives you an extra 50 points, while a 30-day streak rewards you with 200 bonus points. Little perks like these are what set 21 winbd apart.

The Smart Way to Redeem Your Points

Earning points is only half the story – redeeming them at the right time in the right way gets you the most value. For example, free spins won under no-wagering conditions let you withdraw winnings directly, which is often more rewarding than a straight cash redemption.

Using a Tournament Pass to enter high-prize tournaments gives you far better winning potential than small redemptions. And upgrading to VIP boosts your cashback and other benefits the following month – a smart long-term move.

How is tournament ranking determined?

Rankings work differently depending on the tournament type. Slots tournaments rank players by total wager amount or highest single win. Sports Betting tournaments are based on prediction accuracy and total profit. Full rules are listed within each tournament.
